Dave T. Mooring, III is a seasoned attorney with a strong track record of advocating for his clients in complex legal matters. With years of experience in navigating the intricate nuances of landlord-tenant, estate planning, family law, and criminal & municipal court violations, Dave is known for his steadfast dedication to protecting the rights of those he represents.

Mr. Mooring is admitted to practice in New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (Third Circuit).

Mr. Mooring is also an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter offering interpreting services in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware region.  He has a passion for intersecting his knowledge of the law with advocating for the rights of people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Mr. Mooring received his B.A., with honors, from Stockton University in 2013.  He went on to attend Miami University of Ohio pursuing a M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education in 2015.  He then attended the University of Dayton School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2021.  During law school, Mr. Mooring was the President & Founder of Disability Law Society.  He is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, Waite Chapter.
