Gary C. Stewart, Esq..

Gary C. Stewart II is Special Counsel at Law Offices of Dave Mooring.  He concentrates his practice in representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers' compensation litigation matters.

Mr. Stewart was a law clerk in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey. 

Mr. Stewart received his B.A. from University of Tampa in 2018 and his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2023.  While in law school, he was Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Society and a member of the Black Law Student Association and the Employment Law Society.

In his spare time, Mr. Stewart enjoys playing basketball, engaging in fitness, fishing, experimenting with new kitchen recipes, and volunteering at community events.
